Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver outside London?
At the moment, we’re unfortunately unable to offer delivery outside London, as we haven’t yet found a shipping method that can ensure our cakes arrive safely and in perfect condition.
We’re working on it though, and hope to bring Louff to more pups across the UK in the future!
How far in advance should I order a custom cake?
We recommend placing your order at least 5 days in advance, as every cake is individually handmade and customised for your pup. For more complex designs or special requests, we recommend ordering even earlier.
Can you make the cake look like my dog?
Absolutely! Our custom cakes are created using your pet’s photos as reference. Please upload clear photos showing the front, side and back where possible, so we can capture their features as accurately as we can.
Can I customise the colours and decorations?
Yes! You can choose your preferred colours, add a personalised message and select from our available add-ons. If you have a specific idea in mind, leave us a note when ordering and we’ll do our best to bring it to life.
Do you offer collection and delivery?
Yes. We offer collection and local delivery within London. Available options will be shown when placing your order. For custom cakes, please handle and transport them with care.
What if my pet has allergies or dietary requirements?
